Mapping Customer Accounts

 

If you’re just getting started with Supply Cupboard, you’ll need to map customer accounts.

 

Start by clicking anywhere on the Supply Cupboard Mapping Toolbar. This will open the mapping tool. 

 

 

Select your customer’s MPSToolbox account from the first dropdown. Now select their respective PrintFleet/FMAudit account from the second dropdown, and then click “Map Accounts”.

 

Once the accounts have mapped successfully and the page reloads, you will see all of that customer’s RMS account devices, and they will be organized into 4 potential categories: Unmapped Devices, Monitored Devices, Devices With No Supplies Available, and Stale Devices.

 

Your next step will be to map devices that fall into the Unmapped Devices category.
